Using the foundation of emotional regulation skills, we can explore the impact of our past and create deepening corrective experiences through processing and healing emotional wounds.
NURTURE: Reviewing your progress at intervals throughout treatment are part of therapy. This allows us to explore graduation from treatment upon achieving your intended outcomes. Maintenance sessions are integral to ensure sustained progress, and follow-up sessions will be available as needed for a refresher and ongoing support.
